| An Egyptian Villa Holiday Experience |
This is a four bed-roomed luxury villa. It has a private heated swimming pool for all
year round swimming and is situated 30 minutes from the centre of Alexandria in a
place called King Mariout. King Mariout in turn is 25 minutes from the beaches of
the north coast, and therefore has the advantage of both worlds. For your
independence you will have a car and driver at your disposal so that you can enjoy all
the wonderful sights and culture that this part of Egypt has to offer. There is a daily
maid service and there will always be someone at the end of the telephone to provide
you with help and advice.

The swimming pool is 11m by 6m. It is surrounded by a veranda so that you can
relax in the Egyptian sun and enjoy the tropical garden. The villa is a haven to which
you can retreat after an exciting day's sight seeing.

The weather in Alexandria is superb. April May and June are warm, as too is October
and November. July, August and September are hot. December is often very
pleasant and January and Feburary are a little less predictable - it can be lovely but
it can be cool
